We're a rhythm section that's been performing together since we saw Nirvana play at JC Dobbs. We continue to play with original bands but we're looking to make some extra scratch here and there by playing other folks' music. Lesser known stuff, B sides and unexplored territories are when we're at our best. You're a vocalist, keyboardist or guitar player. Or a combination of the three. Like Little Richard or Steve Winwood or Robbie Robertson if Robbie Robertson could sing. If you're strictly a guitar player, you should be able to play competent leads and not just rhythm. Just please don't be a Stevie Ray Vaughan prodigy because I can't handle that shit. Shared inspirations may or may not include The Band Wilson Pickett Stevie Wonder The Kinks and the Animals and the Box Tops Blind Faith The Beach Boys are alright sometimes Solo Beatles records Eddie and the Cruisers Spencer Davis Jon Spencer Pretty much everything that ever came out of Berry Gordy's Detroit basement The drummer is also really into Laurel Canyon cocaine country vibrations.
