Description

Hello! This is Jupiter (mostly goes by Juju). He’s a 14 week old German Shepard/Great Pyrenees mix. I do not feel entirely comfortable explaining what has happened in my personal life to have caused me to make this decision, but it is not his fault. He deserves the best home I can possibly find for him, and that is what I am hoping to do here! He has lived with me and my two daughters (under 10 yrs old) for about 7 weeks. He has not harmed them, he has no bad behaviors towards them (other than maybe chewing a couple of their plushies, as any puppy would 😅). He has lived with another puppy only slightly older than him during this time, and shows no bad signs towards it. He does not bully, plays well. He barks at cats. I think it is just from wanting to play/curiosity- but he does bark at them. He walks fairly well on a leash already, he pulls a bit- but nothing that won’t go away with keeping up with taking him on walks. He rarely barks at passerby’s be it dogs or people. He does not currently have any crate training though it was something we were considering and something I do believe he could be successful in/enjoy/benefit from. He will sit, and during feedings he has been trained to stay sitting until I have placed his bowl on the ground and stays all the way until I say the command “eat”. He will have a leash, collar, harness, and maze bowl for food coming with him. I was told by the woman I purchased him from that he has had his first set of puppy shots, but he is not fixed. He is a great dog, and I think many kinds of households would suit him just fine. (SW Colorado Springs area) Asking a 200 rehoming fee, but willing to go lower if needed.
