Help Changing My Spare Tire

Hello Everyone, I have a Honda Civic and the front left tire is flat. I tried using the lug nut key to loosen the lug nut lock and couldn't do it. I tried hammering the lever to the left/counter clockwise. No luck. I couldn't get the other lug nuts off either. I'm not a big guy but I'm not some weakling either. I think I need one of those big rubber mallets to hammer the lever to loosen the lug nut. If you have one of those, that would be great. I live in east Asheville near Tunnel and Riceville roads.
