Monarch Investment is seeking a House/Groundskeeper to join Clair Commons and Hunters Ridge Apartments in Toledo, Ohio! The position is responsible for the overall upkeep of the property landscape and the exterior image (Curb Appeal). Duties will include maintaining the lawns, driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, exterior hallways, or any other public areas, maintenance of property flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas. They also assist in cleaning and maintaining the appearance of property models, amenities, vacant units and public access areas.
