We need a grunt. Not a tech, an old school mechanic. Someone that can swing motors, swap tyranny’s and differentials, change tires, strip cars, all mechanical stuff. Welding if you can, but we have others that can do that. No electronics, no wiring, nothing more electrical than charging or changing batteries and alternators. We have techs for the technical stuff. No dealing with customers. We just need someone that wants to be left alone to do their job. We are Non commission. No flats. LOW STRESS environment. Just punch the clock for Hourly Pay based on qualifications ($15 to $20/hr ). Monday through Fridays, NO SATURDAYS, NO MAJOR HOLIDAYS!!. We do expect you to work 40 hours per week regularly. And we DO PAY OVERTIME!! Your weekly pay will not fluctuate cause we are ALWAYS busy year round. Anthem Silver health & Dental insurance, 2 weeks Paid Time Off, and Paid Holidays available after 90 days!! MUST have Va. drivers license (Must show drivers license at interview), decent driving record required, and 5 years experience in an automotive repair facility required. You DO need to be careful plugging sensors back in and pay attention to things that just don’t look right. We don’t like left over nuts and bolts or things not put back together right. We don’t like doing the same job twice. We don’t like comebacks. We need you NOW!! You can start TOMORROW after we agree to terms.
