GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Lead is responsible for efficient management of the storage, receipt, and shipment of goods throughout the facility. Duties include: -Keep accurate records of shipments and receipts via inventory control software -Coordinate loading/unloading of goods ((All pickups are arranged and BOLs provided by the logistics clerk)) -Optimize warehouse space and store goods safely -Maintain health and safety standards -Communicate across departments to reach monthly/quarterly goals WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS -Aptitude to learn software programs (will train 100%, but basic computer skills and inventory control software a must) -Fork Truck License and 3+ years experience -3 years as a lead or supervisor preferred
