Shop Requirements: One year shop experience to include use of power hand tools and forklift Basic Computer skills - AutoCad a plus Ability to use measuring instruments Mathematical skills Shop Duties: Shear metal & cut tubing from cut list Drill holes, deBurr & grind Locate & pull correct material Keep inventory updated Assist in moving & lifting material Water Jet Operator (Willing to Train) Use Omax programs & layouts to operate the water jet machine; reading work orders and specifications to determine machine setup. Manipulate machine controls to regulate & adjust cutting process, as well as using various methods to clamp material down for cutting. Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot all water jet supporting equipment. Load and unload assorted material using work station crane & hoist. This is a fast paced environment with frequent changes and focus. We are looking for a detail oriented individual with good communication skills who can accurately follow written and verbal instructions. Punctuality and reliability are an absolute must, as is maintaining a clean & safe work area.
