Fieldwork Schaumburg, a local market research firm is looking for Illinois residents diagnosed with Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes OR Children 10 to 17 years of age diagnosed with Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes (with parent/guardian permission) AND those who provide care to someone else diagnosed with Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes. We will pay $150 to those people who qualify and are invited to join us for a 60-Minute In-Person Market Research Study hosted in either Downtown-Chicago OR Schaumburg, Illinois related to a device that helps track treatment of Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes taking place on August 1st through August 5th.
