Looking for someone to post 3 notices at a property in Grand Terrace on Walnut Avenue and send us photos of the notice once posted. The notice is for a business license requirement (not eviction).
STEP 1: print 3 copies of the notice (we will email you the PDF to print in black/white in regular 8.5 x 11" size). All 3 notices are the same. Sign the notices with your name (no ID is required).
STEP 2: tape 1 notice to the door, and the other 2 to the fence separated apart. Packing or duct tape required (you supply). Please don't use regular scotch tape or electrical tape. Notice needs to be firmly attached and clearly able to be read.
STEP 3: you send photos (text or email) of the notices taped to the door and fence. Close up and far away photos required to prove that the notices are posted. You leave the notices posted (do not remove once posted!).
STEP 4: we pay you via zelle, venmo or paypal.
