1. Handyman work- little drywall, hanging door, touch up paint, run water line to fridge, hang 5 cabinet doors
2. Countertop and back splash- need a new countertop and back splash
3. Ext paint
4. Roof
5. Vinyl fence
6. New sprinklers and sod
7. Deco/ Stucco around windows
