Wanted: Marine electrician for my 1967 runabout

I am looking for a boat electrician to work on my 1967 Chris Craft Corsair Sport-V boat. It has a 225 ci Buick V6 engine 155HP. I am looking for an out-of-work or retired marine electrician to go through the boat. I just bought it and it doesn't have any electricity getting to the engine or lights. The batteries are good. It has been sitting for 2 years. It needs an expert to look through it and trouble shoot. I can pay $20 and hour. Probably less than what you are accustomed to making, but I only paid $1000 for the boat and my budget is tight. We are right on the water and the atmosphere is relaxed and fun. The boat is on a trailer and easy to climb into. Thanks, MJ
