Night Warehouse Associates play a pivotal role at Columbia Distributing. They are responsible for picking and preparing customer orders accurately for our delivery team. Working as a team is a critical part of this position's success. Primary Responsibilities: Accurately pick customer orders using an electric pallet jack and/other provided technology Perform all duties related to shipping and picking picking-to-pallet of products Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards Demonstrate positive, cooperative, and team-oriented behavior with co-workers, supervisors, managers consistent with those of the Company's Core Values at all times Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned Perform all duties related to shipping, receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, loading, rotation, check-in, repacking, and security of products. Physical Demands: Lift/carry/push/pull 50 lbs. repetitively and up to 165 lbs. Bend/stoop/crouch/squat/ use arms/wrists/hands/grasp Ability to hear Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position and overtime hours may be required. Days/hours are Sunday -- Thursday beginning at 3:45PM and until the workload is complete.
