Rehoming a 7 year old long haired chihuahua. He’s not neutered. I can’t keep him because he keeps escaping anytime the door is cracked and we live right by a busy freeway. I do not want him to get hit by a passing car or semi. There will be a rehoming fee. I want him to go to a really good home and to a home that can ensure he will not break out because he’s super quick. He gets along with other dogs, cats and kids.
