I'm looking for a sister for my 12 yr old neutered male. He has never been an only fur child, and since his brother (gets along with everything) can't stay with us right now and I work, he's not eating and is very sad. Has gone to the vet nothing shows on tests. I'm not trying to be rude, however these "rehoming fees, are ridiculous!!! For $25 a kitten can be adopted from NNHS, and would be fixed and utd on vaccines. I want to help the over population by taking one in that otherwise may not get spayed or get the vaccines. Taking a kitten to the vet for first initial visit is about $80, then spay is a surgery so that will be around $50 shots around $75 after all of them. Not to mention a life time of food treats toys etc. So I will not pay $50 to ensure a good home when plenty of sociopaths are well of financially.
