• $17-26 per hr depending on experience • 3 days paid time off after 90 days 5 days after a year • Monday-Friday 7:30-4:00 • New construction and retro fit • Tool account • Factory training • Paid Holidays • 401K available • Full time work Hourly base pay. Solid communication/verbal skills. Able to work independently. Able to lift up to 50lbs. Our ideal installer is reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to learn. Prior mechanical experience of any kind is a plus, but not required. We invest in our employees with trainings and certifications. Our Installers visit customer’s homes to install ductless systems, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, etc. As your skills progress, you may move on to the service department if you wish to. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of a skilled trade. Must be able to pass a background check and be insurable to drive a company vehicle.
