OLCC Cannabis Farm Supervisor @FoliaCannabis 60K annual salary (W2) medical benefits 3 weeks paid vacation 50 hours per week - 5 days on/2 days off **Must be willing to work weekends during growing season** Year-round greenhouse / outdoor cannabis farm located just outside Central Point seeking a skilled leader to join our outstanding team as we expand our operations. We are a 100% living soil farm with a proven track record and brand. We are looking for someone who is not only skilled in all aspects of growing organic cannabis at scale, but also is able to train others and lead by example “in the trenches.” Required: -2+ years experience w/ all stages of commercial cannabis cultivation -Experience with Metrc or similar database -2+ years leadership experience -Consistently positive attitude -Extremely strong work ethic, attendance record and reliability Not required but noteworthy: -Fluency in both Spanish and English -College Degree or other relevant education -Experience with Equipment operation (tractors and implements) -Experience as a licensed contractor (electrician, plumbing, irrigation, framing etc) -non-cannabis farm work experience -understanding of labor laws, OLCC regulations, OSHA requirements, etc. Please check us out on Instagram and if you are interested, submit resume and cover letter through Craigslist for consideration.
