The Street Team position consists of daily marketing efforts in multiple communities throughout Texas and other states licensed by the Agency. Marketing efforts include enrolling new health insurance clients each day along with servicing existing clients of the Agency. As the Street Team is the face of the Agency to the community, new hires are trained on professional marketing techniques and how to successfully promote the company brand while in the field. Must be able to read, write, and do basic math • Must be able to type 25-30 words per minute • Must be computer literate • Must have basic understanding of Microsoft Word & Excel • Customer service experience • Consistent work history • No warrants • Must have valid DL or State ID card • At least 6 months from being released from prison
