Looking to hire a fast-paced, reliable, qualified framing Carpenter Must be able to calculate and install rough stairs for framing Must be able to figure/calculate, and cut rafters. Qualified framing Carpenter skills and all areas will also understand and know when to place a bevel on a rafter with a reverse pitch including ability to figure hip rafters or valley rafters with Jack rafters. Must know how to install doors and windows when rough framing is complete and understand the difference as well as reasoning behind framing hammers and finish Carpenter hammers with a smooth face for such installations. Must be reliable, competent, ability to follow instructions and work well with others. Must be able to leave others on building site by example. Must be able to start working on time rather than showing up when it's time to be working already. There is no smoking on the job or drinking and profanity is not becoming Good pay for the right person but must have references to back up what you say.
