PLUNGE POOL - Need help making one

Seeking help to make a PLUNGE POOL in Palm Desert. 12' x 19' 3' to 5' in the deepest section. Use Pool pump filter skimmer lights. First finish digging the hole. Make a pad then use cinderblock for the walls and cover with waterproof pool plaster. Have you made a PLUGE POOL before. Tile or use cement squares around top lip. I am in Palm Desert near Portola and 111. PAUL If you are a pool contractor this would not be a good fit.
