German shepherd male unaltered, didn’t seem super friendly(wasnt wagging tail lol) roaming near North 28th ave and dunlap! Please get your dog was wet looking and was drooling all over, tried giving it water and food but didn’t come to kissy noises, luckily it’s not super hot today, it was last seen in the alley way behind my house!
