Seeking nicely landscaped backyard prefer w/ pool

I organize several art/photography/modeling and general recreation activity groups and am looking for a private location to hold an 'end of summer' event for our members at a private location with scenic view and/or nice landscaping. A swimming pool would be a great bonus but not required. The event will include 2 different photo shoots, a picnic, schmoozing time and hopefully some splashing in a pool. The total legnth of the event will be about 5 hours with aprox 35 people attending (possibly more). The event will be held sometime between Aug 27 and Sept 5. Am willing to pay for your location, and of course you'd be able to participate in the events too. Please contact me with a description of your location and fees. Thanks
