SUMMARY: The estimated time frame for this position is September through October 2022. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for performing a variety of crush pad operations including but not limited to: • Cleaning macro bins • Grape sorting • Daily breakdown and clean-up of crush pad equipment QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: • Must have a positive attitude • Must be reliable, on-time, and engaged • The ability to work both independently and in a group • Ability to understand and comply with all safety requirements • Ability to perform the physical labor necessary • Effective verbal communication skills • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Ability to work in various temperatures About Us The Duckhorn Portfolio is North America’s premier luxury wine company, with ten renowned wineries, eight state-of-the-art winemaking facilities, seven beautiful tasting rooms and more than 800 coveted acres of vineyards spanning 22 sustainably farmed Estate properties.
