Summit Property Maintenance, inc. is a growing commercial facility maintenance and property contractor that has been in business since 2007. We have openings for our 2022 landscaping season. We cover all of the Tri-Cities (this position will predominately be stationed in Kingsport).
Job Requirements
· Available to work 8am-5pm M-F
Duties will include
· Mowing with a commercial zero turn (optional)
· Trimming trees and shrubs
· Weed-eating and edging
· Mulching
· Optional - Equipment repair and troubleshooting
