Help load moving truck, maybe help unload in Blacksburg

Need help loading a truck on August 16 any time from 11AM to 1PM and throwing away 2 heavy coffee tables made of iron into dumpster on property. one iron table is 30~40lbs, the other is maybe up to ~70lbs. No problem for 2 people to carry. This will easily take less than an hour, probably 20-30 minutes of labor. 1 king mattress, 1 queen mattress, one 8-foot folding table, three 4/5-foot folding tables, small AC unit and dehumidifier, a few boxes and a few light things. There is a staircase to/from the front door. If you ONLY help me load in Roanoke, I'll offer $40 for what will be no more than 30 minutes of pretty easy labor. If you help load in Roanoke and unload in Blacksburg, I'll offer $100. There is also a staircase in Blacksburg. New apartment is 2nd floor. (20-30 minutes load/unload each location + an hour and a half of travel time to Bburg and back) $100 for definitely no more than 3 hours.
