Description
Local Property Management Company on Grandin Road in the City of Roanoke is looking for a responsible, prompt and energetic maintenance helper. Expectations are to increase knowledge, ability and responsibilities to proceed to the next pay level.
Requirements:
General knowledge, ability and experience performing repairs in:
Residential maintenance and vacant unit turnovers.
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
Must be able to communicate effectively without aggression or attitude.
Desired Skills: (Will teach the right person)
Painting, cleaning, minor mechanical duties, drywall/plaster work.
Work hours 8:45 am to 5:00 pm
Occasionally you may need to be on call at night and on weekends and compensated for such.
Optional weekend work with OT pay if available.
