Hello Everyone, We are Invictus Resources & Solutions, and we are looking for sub contractors in, but not limited to, Painters, Resurfacers, Make-Ready Techs to join our team! Job is welcome to individuals who take pride in their work, or a small man crew looking to take on new jobs. Our main focus of work is in the Mult-Family industry (apartments). Thank you and have a blessed day! 🎨 🎨 Painter: looking for experienced painters that can: tape/float, install/remove drywall, texture, etc. ⚙️ Resurfacer: looking for an experienced resurfacer that can complete counters, tubs and tile wall. And make any repairs as needed. 🧰 Make-Ready Tech: looking for an experienced make ready tech that can perform basic repairs and turn a unit over. Ex: swapping appliances, touch-up, garbage disposals, minor plumbing & electrical such as ceiling fans, light fixture, faucet/toilet cutoff replacements, etc.
