Part-time house cleaner $22-$25/hr

Hello, I am looking for a part-time employee for my small house cleaning business. Starting pay is $18/hr during training, which should last only a few days. Then it'll be $22/hr and will increase every 6 months by $1/hr upto $25/hr. Drive time will be paid and there'll be gas reimbursement too. The shift usually starts around 8am (sometimes earlier than that) and will end around mid-afternoon. You can work only M-F or take weekend shifts too if you can, but not necessary. And I'm looking for someone who can transition to full-time position down the line. There will be bonuses and other perks. It's a physically demanding job, so please SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY.
