Looking for a part-time handyman to assist with maintaining my properties. Looking for help renovating apartments as they become vacant for new tenants. The perfect candidate will have basic maintenance repairs and troubleshooting knowledge. Will hit the ground running in the timely completion of repairs and troubleshooting. We are looking for a self-driven person with great follow through, who is a team player with great communication skills. Duties include painting, light plumbing, flooring, drywall repair, general property maintenance and other projects that might come up.
