I'm looking for contractors with experience completing take offs for residential/commercial remodels, editions etc. From the plans to a takeoff sheet. This would be a great extra money gig for a currently employed contractor or retired contractor. Do a good job on the first takeoffs you complete in the possibilities open up from one medium size company to an additional large and medium size company in need of quality professional takeoffs to be completed by you if you so desire the additional work/pay. This job can be done remotely after hours from almost any location. No need to show up at any officer job site. Pay is by the takeoff completed and will be negotiated before project starts.
