Cat Proofing a very, very small side yard

Hi, I have a tiny side yard, and want to cat proof the area so my cats can't get out. The walls are quite high but will need to be heightened with wiring or bamboo, the likes. I live upstairs and so the stairwell will need to be taken into consideration too. Also need a part of the staircase slightly adjusted so it's easier to get by. Not easy to explain in writing but would love to find someone I can explain further to. If this is your area, please reach out, thank you J
