Hiring immediately: · Provide troubleshooting/diagnostic assistance to repair technicians for Samsung Appliance products which encompasses Refrigerator, Washers, Dryers, Microwaves, Ranges and Dishwashers. · Research technical bulletins and repair knowledgebase to ensure information provided to the repair technicians is current and accurate.
