Seeking an experienced maintenance technician with a good work ethic, integrity and that can perform the following duties:
install molding, smoke alarms, doors, locks, garbage disposals, unclog sinks, stove/oven, blinds, outlets, light fixtures, windows, window screens, painting, cleaning, drywall repair, etc.
MUST have own vehicle - we have 6 properties. (properties are located in Palmdale)
