Full-time *Houseman/Groundskeeper* at private estate

Family is seeking a full-time groundskeeper to support with the general maintenance of private homes in the Beverly Hills area. Tasks would include, but not limited to: - maintenance and repairs of the property - exterior cleaning (power washing, landscape, furniture, etc.) - paint touch-ups - general plumbing (snaking drains, unclog toilets, etc.) - changing lightbulbs - window washing - handyman work - vehicle maintenance (wash, wax, service, etc.) - animal care (daily walks, grooming, etc.) - support the housekeeping team with tasks - run errands - change HVAC filters - pool cleaning - driving family as needed Requirements: • Knowledge of Spanish language. Must speak fluently. • US Citizen or long-term resident alien status. • Must pass credit, criminal, drug and general background checks. • Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record. • Proven work experience in relevant field. • Most be looking for long-term employment. • Must have knowledge of residential mechanical systems. • Must be a team player, willing to help as needed regardless of the task. • Excellent prioritization and time management skills; be able to multi-task. • Must be flexible with work schedule • Maintain professionalism along with speed and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Must have polished and well-groomed professional appearance. • Must exercise complete discretion, respect privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
