Hello! Im a singer-songwriter from LA that has been playing music in jams and live settings on and off for 18 years. I have quality guitars, mics, a PA, and a practice space. Looking for musicians to collaborate with, specifically drummers and producers, but open to meeting new friends and collaborators that play other instruments too. Here is my soundcloud with recordings from various projects. All vocals and guitar are by me. Take a listen to at least a couple as they are all different and will give you different parts of my musical personality. While I grew up playing rock music, I am of the opinion that it is sadly out of style and passé. Albums with instrumentation and slick production that I really admire are AM by the Arctic Monkeys, and the works of producer Danger Mouse, such Brothers and El Camino by the Black Keys, and Evil Friends by Portugal. The Man. I have great stage presence, am proud of my lyrics, and have a pretty solid baritone singing voice when performing in a key I am comfortable with (keys B to E). I have maybe 10 songs written, and I do not think what I have on soundcloud is the best I have. Looking to record my new songs with collaborators. Willing to drop my ego enough to let the songs take the best form they can take, even if its not what I was initially envisioning. Lucky to have a career that offers flexibility in my schedule. I work best with people who are capable of managing their egos. In my experience, it is easier for me to work with people who have less talent than discipline than it is with people with more talent than discipline. Looking forward to meeting you and jamming out!!
