seeking small construction co to repair decking

I have about 20 deckboards that need trimming about 1/4" and then glued back down to my roof where they were before. Need to piece them in to look good. I would also like the seams caulked so that the whole deck is water tight. I'll buy materials. Need a company with a business card and referrals.
