Right now we are taking over there Fallout comic book location 6829 se 82 ave and we desperately need artist musician's to fill in the spaces by the first ! There is an upstairs apt two beds one bath $800, a basement $700 and a spacious ground floor retail kitchen bath included ! In the back is a huge garage with a stage and a wood stove ! Probably most interesting is the back lot where I have construed vender stalls for a year round flea market farmers market type thing or even just for good shade !
