Removal of 1 Tree in Faribault Needed

I am in need of 1 walnut tree to be removed from a yard in Faribault. The tree is not gigantic, but is not small either. Please see the pictures to gauge the size. Some of the branches are growing over the roof, so would need to be careful with them when removing the tree. None of the tree is dead or broken. It is just growing too close to the house, so I would like to have removed. Please let me know how much you would be willing to complete this work for.
