Non-profit group seeks studio space for 1-3 times per week non-violent martial arts class starting in September (evenings are best). Ideal space should have an open floor plan (no beams), a high ceiling, and an area for secure storage of supplies. Barter, rent, % of profit arrangements are all possible. Preferably NE or E of downtown CVille, but we are flexible for the right opportunity.
