Found dog/puppy - Berkeley Marina

Description

Found ~4 month old, 30-35 lb, black, female puppy with white and tan markings. She has a white nose, neck, and paws, and tan spots above her eyes. Found on July 16 at the Berkeley Marina with a blue collar, but no tags or microchip.
