White German Shepard for rehoming

This is Honey. She is a 1 year old white German Shepard. She was born August 2021. Mostly likely mixed but the GSD genes are strong in her. She is not fixed. She is current on her rabies vaccine but not on other vaccines. She is a medium energy level dog. Very easily trained and loves to please her owner. She is great with kids of all ages and well behaved indoors but needs to be let out to use the restroom. She is kennel trained when indoors overnight and does not cry. She does gets excited outside and likes to jump up on people a bit but has never jump on my younger sons. Does NOT like baths but doesn’t become aggressive and will allow you to bathe her eventually. She is very dog friendly but has not been socialized with cats. She has also killed rats that have wondered into our yard. She is a very friendly dog with anyone introduced to her and very loyal but will protect her home from anyone she does not recognize and will alert if anyone gets too close. She recently started to jump our fence and I do not want to keep her chained up. In her defense our fence is very low. She needs a family that is willing to socialize with her regularly and has a large yard with high fences. Priority and a discount will be given to anyone with large amounts of land or a ranch and can prove it. $250 rehoming fee or $150 for anyone with a large amount of land or ranch.
