Need stairs sanded staine and poly / Also install vinyl plank flooring

1)Need someone to sand, stain, and polyurethane 2 flights of 12 steps.- 2) Also need someone to install vinyl plank click flooring in room 14 x 14. (approx 196 sq ft.) 3) Need someone to repair the 12-inch hole in wall sheetrock. 4) Paint a small hallway adjacent to steps that leads to the front door. 5) Optional- I want to install a small plastic sink next to the bathroom. (this is not mandatory) I will supply materials just need labor costs. I'm ready to start asap. Please supply photos of work completed and refs.
