'07 Honda Fit Sport Power Issue

Hello, I am having difficulty determining why an '07 Honda Fit Sport is completely without power. I have had the battery charged twice, and have replaced the battery fuse and main relay, but still no power whatsoever. Originally, the transponder in the FOB went out, which deactivated the vehicle. Could be a contributing factor. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, Jeremy
