I was in the Target parking lot near the Hampton Coliseum in the afternoon last week (7/19) You looked a little lost. You were tall, probably 72". You had long, dirty blond hair that I immediately found myself wanting to run my fingers through, a beard, and what looked like pretty blue eyes. You went past my car and smiled at me.
