Looking for an experienced handyman who is able to work unsupervised and very detailed oriented Responsibilities: Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment Perform basic tasks including plastering, painting, filling crevices and managing maintenance repairs Perform repairs on company machinery, equipment or appliances Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs PLUMBING: repairs, replace parts, installation(sinks, toilets, faucet, etc.) CARPENTRY: repairs and installs doors, shelves, countertops, lock, etc. ELECTRICAL: lighting, wiring, power circuits, replacing switches, lamps, etc. other duties as assigned Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm (1hr lunch) Preferred bilingual Se Habla Español
