The Opportunity WestRock is looking for quality individuals to join our team in Mishawaka, IN. Current open positions for: Assistant Machine Operator • Starting Pay: $18.21/hr. (up to 23.54 after training period) • Shifts available: 2nd shift 3pm-11pm and 3rd shift 11pm-7am • Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift, required to work daily overtime and weekends as needed Maintenance Technician • Starting pay: $27.07 up to $35.47 • Shifts available: 2nd shift 3pm-11pm and 3rd shift 11pm-7am • Experience: 2-3 years in trouble shooting industrial electrical control systems. An operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery Maintenance Supervisor • Salary is commensurate with experience • Schedule: 7a-3p • Experience: 2-year technical degree in a Maintenance related discipline or related work experience. 3-5 years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field Production Supervisor • Salary is commensurate with experience • Shifts available: 2nd shift 3pm-11pm and 3rd shift 11pm-7am • Experience: Proven experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain. Plant Manager • Salary is commensurate with experience • Schedule: 7a-5p • Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing industry. 7 plus years of related leadership experience in a production facility Training & Development Manager • Salary is commensurate with experience • Schedule: 7a-3:30p • Experience: Training Experience to include plan design and facilitation. Knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
