"Free Program", Cow Boy Music and history of the Cattle Drives post Civil War, from Texas to chicago Rail heads and why the cow boys sang their songs. Doors open 6pm for $5 Soup & farm baked bread (optional), 7pm kitchen closes, Speaker begins program which leads into 8pm Cow boy impersonator "Cow Boy Phil", (Aka Dr. Phil Mesthos, Chiropractor) watch the tilt of his hat to tell which cow boy's song....tilted back is Roy Rogers, Forward is Gene Autry. Prizes for western dress and trivea prizes. Call for Reservations. There is no cover charge. We are a BYOB, so come early enjoy our "organic Fresh baked Bread", and stay for the show.
