Please help iso ivory lab

I have to put my 12 year old ivory lab down today. I just had open heart surgery July 1st. She was my shadow, always waiting for me to return home. Always by my side. She was able to knock her tail against the wall when I had low blood sugars to say "hey something isn't right" Mayzee had arthritis and I took very good care of her. I do have vet references. I can't afford hundreds of dollars. Doesn't have to be papered. Can someone with a kind heart help me fill this void?? I'm located in LaCrosse. We do own our own house and have a huge fenced in backyard. Thank you. She was my world and I am heartbroken 😭😭😭
