Looking for a builder to build a house on some land I own in the Twin Lakes area. Land where the house will go is nearly perfectly flat. I'd like to find somone that can do everything up to the empty shell, including engineering. Plumbing and electrical not necessary, but if you can do that, please include it in your quote. Looking for a simple single story, 2000ish sqft, 3b/2ba, open floor plan. Bonus if you have ICF experience. I have a topo survey, water rights, and well permit. Property is located on plowed CR298. I also have power, well, septic, and gas quotes. Please let me know if you have questions. I'll get back to you asap.
