This is Maverick. Maverick is a full blood Belgian Malinois and was born 10/22/2020. Due to unforeseen events (move, job loss) we are searching for a home that will give him everything he deserves. Maverick is not your typical Malinois. He has spent most of his days inside and crated more than I care to admit. He's calmer compared to most dogs of his breed. However he does show signs of being territorial. We stopped taking him to dog parks and stores when he was young. So I am unsure how he is with animals he doesn't know. I do know he does well with our other dog (that found a home with someone) and our cat. Although he wants to play with cats and can seem like he's not fully understanding his strength. He's never shown any issues with kids or people. He just wants to be loved by them. We are hoping for someone who will give him love, show him the love of outdoors, and life in general. He is super smart and toy motivated for training. Apartment living is just so unfair for Maverick. Rehome fee is negotiable $250. He'll come with a crate, leash, colar, shot record, bowl and toys.
