Security Distributor that has been in business since 1990 is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
You will be working with a group of energetic, friendly people!
**The position is available immediately. We will fully train you!**
*Requirements*:
Bilingual must speak *English* and *Spanish*
Highly organized, able to multi task and prioritize
Customer service oriented and problem solver
Able to be a team player with a positive and friendly attitude
Good communication skills both verbally and in writing
Basic computer skills
Complete tasks within required deadlines with little to no supervision
*Duties*:
Provide full support to the sales team
Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate department
Assist customers both in person and on the phone
Process orders, run payments and verify order information
Run daily reports, collections, filing and data entry
**Position is available immediately and we will fully train you**
**Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm with 1 hour of lunch**
*Pay range is from $15 - $18 per hour based on experience with a 90 day performance review*
*Health Insurance is offered after 60 days of employment*
*2 weeks paid vacation and 3 sick days offered after 1 year of employment*
